Sample Timetable for Murranbilla

Written by David Head. Posted in Murranbilla

Formal timetable nights were often held on the Pine Ridge layout at the old club rooms. To relive this experience, especially for the newcomers, below is a basic timetable which could be tried on Murranbilla when the layout and members have free time.

Members, old and new alike, should not be afraid of a timetable - it is just a sequence of train movements to attempt with time added.

On a run night the time will be paced with a fast clock. Remember if you get behind - we can easily STOP the clock until things are right.

Notes for Exhibition Guide

Eltham Model Railway Club

An HO scale Victorian-based railway, “Murranbilla” is on a busy single mainline, serving a medium-sized town in grain-growing country somewhere in South-Eastern Australia. The yard has facilities to service grain, cement livestock, and general goods, while the station serves passengers, mail and parcels.
